Upon full payment, clients will receive the rights to the final edited videos as specified in the project agreement. EDITEDBYIMVC retains the right to use completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
5. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
EDITEDBYIMVC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where EDITEDBYIMVC is established.
